About Me

K. Siva Prasad Reddy

K. Siva Prasad Reddy

I am a software engineer, architect, trainer, and technical content creator. I have been building software professionally since 2006, with most of my work centered around Java, Spring Boot, distributed systems, and backend engineering.

I enjoy taking complex technical ideas and explaining them through practical examples. That is the main reason behind SivaLabs: sharing tutorials, opinions, and learning resources that help developers build better applications with confidence.

What I Work On

  • Building scalable backend applications with Java, Kotlin, Go, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
  • Designing microservices, modular monoliths, REST APIs, and event-driven systems.
  • Working with Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native development practices.
  • Automating delivery and infrastructure using Jenkins, Terraform, AWS CDK, and Pulumi.
  • Exploring AI-assisted development with tools, agents, Spring AI, and LangChain4j.

Teaching And Writing

I write tutorials and articles for both beginners and experienced developers. I also create video tutorials and training material around Java, Spring Boot, microservices, testing, architecture, and developer productivity.

I have authored books and long-form technical material, and I regularly share practical lessons from real-world software development.
